Oh, how the conservatives HATE the Federal Court for the Ninth Circuit! But it's a lot like Jesus H. Christ - almost everything they think they know about it is wrong:

They really got their underwear (magic and otherwise) in a twist over the 2002 "Pledge of Allegiance" decision. I still remember Ann Coulter (anybody remember her?), ranting about another anti-Xian decision by "Democrat-appointed liberal judges."

That would be Judge Alfred T. Goodwin, author of the majority opinion. A lifelong conservative Republican appointed by Richard Nixon.

I enjoyed the comments on the article, expecially this one. But I'm infantile, just ask any Xian:
