That's a misconception. No date of birth is given for any of those deities besides Sol Invictus. People make up lists of deities and say they were born on Xmas, conceived on Easter, or crucified and resurrected 3 days later, without doing the slightest bit of research. It's a pathetic way to stab at Christianity, and just makes the rest of the rational community look stupid.

anything written in the comic. Linus does not say that any of those dieties was born on Dec 25, he says that the date is "associated" with their births. It's not the same thing at all.

It changes by the full moon/solstice/Sunday method. Though it is funny how many people think Dec 25 is a plausible date of the birth given the description in the bible.
