Need Help Locating Site for Chinese Restaurant in Baltimore

The prospective owner is an experienced restaurant owner (Florida), who's now living in Maryland and would like to open his own place.

Since he does not speak English, I have volunteered to help him find a site, but am having great difficulty with internet searches. The most straightforward searches -- restaurants for sale, commercial real estate, business brokers, etc. don't seem to be coming with anything like the right kind of opportunities. I've even check more general places like eBay and Craigslist. There might be a Chinese-American internet community, but I don't know to tap into that.

The requirements are not too strict -- just a small basic Chinese restaurant somewhere near Baltimore. It could be a operating restaurant of any type, or even a vacant space that could be converted. I just don't know how the market operates and how buyers locate sellers or landlords.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
