Do any DUers provide corporate filing services?

I am looking to incorporate my wife's business as an S Corporation, and am interested in getting assistance in the filing

2. If you do a Google search there are a lot of firms that will set up

the corporation. The Chapter S is done by filling out a government form. What state are you planning on incorporating in? What is the nature of her business? I have several corporations, so I can answer some of your questions about the advantages.

I have the paperwork. I am moving forward to file my own in Pennsylvania.

The reason I posted was to pay someone from DU instead of just some corporate front on the internet. I would rather pay someone who gives a damn than some unknown. Now that I have all the paperwork, I am just going to do it all myself on Monday.
