Damn that was tasty. I've never really been a big fan of EJO because he always seems to play the same guy. I think he deserves an Emmy for this role. He is brilliant!

1. What a cliffhanger (no spoilers)

They sure know how to leave the audience falling out of their chairs. A bunch of us practically yelled "NOOOO!" when the "To be Continued" screen faded in. Loved EJO's reaction at the end to the news from Tigh. I must say that Six's performace was heart wrenching - she's damn good; I think that she should at least be nominated for an award next year.

2. the whole cast is pretty strong

Other than Olmos & McDonnell as the president, I hadn't heard of any of them, though when I watch some old stuff on Sci-Fi I now recognize some faces (the woman that plays Dualla had a multiple show guest shot as a blind woman on "Dark Angel" back in the day... and, I think I remember seeing Grace Park on the show, too)

So, I'm pleasantly surprised at how well the cast has worked together. Maybe they are following the lead of Olmos and/or McDonnell?
