Does anyone here subscribe to Asimov's?

There is a story in June issue that it prime fodder to discuss with people here in DU.

It's "Chu and the Nants" by Rudy Rucker.

The central premise has to do with nanobots turning Mars into a Computational Dyson's sphere kinda thing. But it's setting is an America with a president that's clearly supposed to be Bush.

It's actually could make a good horror movie for dems.

But it's kinda hard to discuss unless someone else has read it.

1. I used to subscribe a long time ago. They got good talent.

Rudy seems to have a particular style of title. I once read his novel "The Hacker and the Ants."

Sounds like a fun story. Not such good news for Mars.
