In the Pale Moonlight DS9.

I was wondering what all of you thought of this episode. It is my favorite DS9 episode and one of my favorite Trek episodes. One of the things about it is that it is a morality tale with no clear message. It was something that you were supposed to figure out for yourself. THe thing about it is, what do you think? The question that this episode raised is Do the Ends Justify the Means? Are there instances where they do? What would you have done if you were Sisko? I would have done it, because the Federation needed to win and that may have been the best and possibly only opportunity.

I don't know if i could have done what Sisko did. I hope never to be in a position like that.

2. One of the finest episodes every made in DS9, if not all Trek...

Any episode involving Garak I enjoy alot, but this one REALLY takes the cake, its quite suspensful, and, obviously, powerfully message driven.

"You may have very well saved the entire Alpha Quadrant, and all it cost was the life of one smuggler, one romulan senator, and the self respect of one starfleet officer. Now I call that, a bargain."

3. Refresh my memory

Is that the one where he spends the whole episode dictating a personal log to the computer about how he got the Romulans into the war, only to delete it?

That was a good episode, and I don't know what I would do given the same circumstances.
