DS9's "Covenant".
THis episode was modeled after the Branch Davidian and Heaven's Gate cults, but it is also I think, a metaphor for what we are going through now. The people of the cult in that episode turned to hate and fear. They allow themselves to be brainwashed by someone who is evil. They allow for faith. THey are also made to believe a god, or many gods that turn out to be the devil or demons. Does this sound familiar to anyone here?
