Is any one here into Farscape?

1. Adored it. Wished it was still on.

Although I could tell that by 4th season they were gettin' kinda dry.

Also, I really could've done without the super crazy episodes. Like that cartoon one, for instance?

2. I didn't really get in it until around season 3 or 4. but became

one of my favorites. Did anyone see the recent mini-series ? I thought it was good.

4. The misiseries was good

More than a bit rushed though. Would love to have seen the exact same story played out over an entire season. But, it was better than leaving us hanging with the 4th season ending.


The cancellation of Farscape has led to my never, ever watching any original productions on SF. I will watch classic shows when they rerun them but I will ever support any of their originals again. That is an easy pledge to keep since they mostly suck anyway.

7. Agree on Sci-Fi going down the tubes. it's the Stargate channel now

I made no pledge, so, occasionally, out of habit I check it out . Whenever I am doing it - it's still stupid Stargate.
Although, Farscape episodes stil air late night Friday and Sunday - for those of you trying to reminisce. I am waiting for "La Bomba" - the one before last episode I managed to miss in the October re-runs .

5. Me!Me!Me! taped all episodes in October and still watch them

Scorpius is probably the best villain in fiction of all time!
PKW was quite good - if rushed.
But man, scenes such as the one where Scorpy and john reach for the other one's distruction - mind probe - brain cooler - I don't think I saw any better confrontation - ANYWHERE!

6. It took me a while

to get over the mupets and unusual theme song enough to give it a chance. But I couldn't be happier that I decided one bored afternoon to give it a chance it is certainly one of my favorite Science Fiction shows of all time. One of my favorite TV shows period.

8. I enjoyed it. I also liked their "invisible man" series, which came

out about the same time.

9. I *heart* Farscape

One of my prized possessions is a gorgeous Crichton/Aeryn t-shirt I got from a sci-fi memorabilia sale. They're one of my favorite ships in any fandom.

That show was so frelling cool...I'm still bitter at Sci-Fi channel for cancelling it. :(
