Agricultural Subsidy Reform

Now that the deficit and the debt are center stage we have to start making reforms to entitlements like subsidies. Agricultural subsidies have a lot of loopholes that are allowing people that aren't engaged in agricultural production to cash in. I think if the government would start closing these loopholes they could cut the deficit and save some of the redevelopment programs that are vital to our economy.
