:-). My husband wants to retire next year (he is 50) and I have been unemployed since we moved here four years ago, so I don't think there will be much to adjust to. There are alot of things we want to do while we are still "young" and healthy.

I always say that I was one of the first boomers--I was born 266 days after the bombing of Nagasaki. I once asked my mother if she and my father had said, "The war's over, let's have a kid.!" She said, "Something like that."
And I retired way back in 2003.
