| I cleaned 90 crappie this week |

I love the spring! The water temp is up to 57 degrees here and the crappie are moving into the shallows. I have caught some huuuuge crappie! I'm stocked for the summer, as is my brother, parents and friends! Caught a 7 lb 4 oz black bass this morning , as well.
Our lake is so overstocked on white bass our marine biologist has suggested removing all that we can. I've taken out 150 so far, and they are not even spawning yet! If we don't get some rain they will be spawning up in the rocks, and you can catch them 2 at a time all day long.

| 1. Heh, your water temp is twice our air temp right now. |

We can still walk on our lakes up here. It will be a couple of weeks at least before the lakes even begin to open up around. Congrats on the bass. In my neck of the woods a seven pounder is pretty damn big.
