And that this represents a real step forward for rail in MA.

Congrats to everyone who worked so hard on that proposal. We went from "hell no" to a deal in a relatively short, well for MA, period of time.

Nice work. This is a great article to be written about how this came about. Hope someone writes it someday. (If a tree falls in the forest, ..., sigh.)
