asking why as he didn't drive a bus he feels comfortable voting on transportation issues, and having not served in the military - voting to send soldiers to war, etc.

Unrelated: if you happen to follow the Senate discussion, do you have any idea what Harkin just announced re the Ben Nelson amendment? I am listening while doing some easy stuff, so my attention is not all on what I hear. Seemed to beone of these non-sensical Senate maneuvers expressed in full-fledged Senate-speak that are hard to impossible to comprehend.
