and then dug a little further to find out the composition of the "Interagency Task Force on Ocean Quality",
One name on the list:

Deputy Assistant to the President on Energy and Climate Change Heather Zichal

I remember her from 2004 campaign. She was working in DC for the Kerry presidential campaign, very committed to environmental issues. She seemed very good. (Maybe she even stayed in JK's Senate office for a while after the election???? I can't quite remember)
Anyway, nice to see that she's in the administration. . .
