#1 merri702:It was the Karl Rove machine that torpedoed Kerry in 04 with the Swiftboat and smear campaigns. The same Rove machine had also smeared McCain in the 2000 primaries (S. Carolina anyone?). Both war heroes were taken down by Karl Rove's dirty tactics , allowing Dubya to win in 2000, 2004. These two have more in common and owe it to themselves and the world to try to set the Arab world on track and away from the Islamists. Its what can make or destroy that region.. If Egypt can't be saved from Islamists.. goodbye Israel and hello WW3Who can forget that entire election cycle, when fat cowardly operatives like Rove attempted to destroy the reputations of those who actually served. The worst of these political campaigns was in GA, when Max Cleland's very soul was called into question. I have had enough. The Republicans are still using extreme tactics to smear even their own. I am looking forward to this election time, as the idiot tea baggers show their true colors in their choices of candidates. Let's start with Miss Barbara.
