The joy of alphabetic order will appear when you click on the link. (this is probably not due to political bias as the Springfield Republican normally leans Democratic). http://www.masslive.com/business-news/index.ssf/2011/08/senators_scott_brown_john_kerry_and_us_r.htmlInterestingly, the Worcester Business Journal, probably not of Democratic leaning, does not list the lesser senator. http://www.wbjournal.com/news49524.htmlHere is Kerry's PR http://kerry.senate.gov/press/release/?id=ee6bbc70-d5f8-42fa-821f-886909e0258fAnd opencongress confirming that kerry is the sponsor http://www.opencongress.org/bill/112-s1456/show

It is ironic that in 2004, Kerry was given credit only for legislation that 1) listed him first and 2) passed in a roll call vote. Yet, suddenly, who the chief sponsor is no longer is no longer important. Here at least it is standard legislation that I assume any Senators would file for their state, but it is pretty weird when Brown gets long articles on anything he introduces and on things he signs on to co-sponsor.
