Anyone had any positive reaction to Buspar ? |
|
Maybe people claim it does nothing , well, after taking it for a day I am definitely feeling "something" .... so I am willing to give it a chance for 6 weeks.
If only there was something that works like the klonopin only can be taken long term , I tried it for 2 weeks and refused to have it refilled by my Therapist . It is just too good, but I just can't deal with a benzo addiction right now.

reduced dosages of something -- can't remember what -- but it never did.
I've been on klonopin for about 15 years. And off, too when I couldn't afford a doctor. I take less now than I did all that long time ago as my chemistry seems to be settling down as I get older. I've never had any problem with addiction on it, although, if you go off of it suddenly (as I have more than once for lack of $) you feel uncomfortable for about 10 days. Breathing, exercise and knowing that the withdrawal has a limit helps a lot.
What does the label say Buspar is supposed to do? I'm so sorry, it's been about 10 years since I looked it up.
