Has anyone else found Recovery Internationl helpful?

I've been going for about a month, and I'm surprised at how it seems to be helping. Cognitive behavioral training. Better in this self-help group setting than just with my therapist. I just wondered if anyone else here uses it.

I just came here to see what is going on. I'm tired and depressed and wanting to quit my second job and half scared to give up the income, even though I'm so unproductive I'm only making minimum wage. But enough whining.

I'm off to google Recovery International before I have to get to work. Thank you.
