im loving the book "radical forgiveness"

i was doubtful, but have to say, it gives a new perspective of the crap in my past.

2. google radical forgiveness

believing that our soul requested the experience before taking human form. that the boogie men in our lives are allowing the experience, we are able to forgive with out judgment, releasing us from the bonds of resentment etc and opening our hearts again, we become the wounded healer, stronger and wiser for the experience.
