I am so embarrassed that I am hitting myself again.

Something just comes over me and I have trouble stopping crying and hitting myself. I am so thankful that my parents are supportive or I don't know what to do...

2. I get that way, too

:hug: what I do is just grab on to my bed (its metal) and hold on for dear life. I dont know if you have enough control to do that (sometimes I dont), but it works for me sometimes.
