Free dating site for people with mental illness |
|
This is a great site. Everyone there has some kind of mental illness. From depression and anxiety to schizophrenia. For people who are afraid of being themselves around "normal" people, this is a wonderful place to meet folks that understand your problems. You can look for serious relationships or just be friends/pen-pals. Unfortunately, you can't do searches until you register but it is ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!!! Check it out!

ps. Feel free to spread this around. ;)

at least one person needs to be stable. I've been reticent to burden anyone with my problems. Once I took a look around a dating site and nearly everyone stipulated they wanted a person with "no baggage."
I'm learning to have fun by myself. In fact, with Asperger's tendencies (if not the full syndrome), I do fine by myself as long as I get out and play the "socializing game" every once in awhile. I'm wondering if a relationship would just muck things up.
