Has anyone ever "repurposed" their skills here?

It's funny because, it felt like we had just finally achieved a measure of stability and security and now, I pretty much have to find a new job.

I'm not rushing into anything and thank god, I have plenty of skills, but it's sort of hard to know which direction to go in. I was thinking of getting counseling credentials because why let all this experience go to waste. Teaching would be fun but I don't think I want to deal with the bureaucracy. :(

There's always business but my mind isn't generating any project that I can really get behind. Maybe it's a little too soon? It would be nice to put something in the pipeline for the New Year.

Has anyone turned their skills inside out to go into a different direction?
