I've done the ECT thing and would like to avoid doing it again, but I'm reaching a dead end regarding treatment. I'm really dragging.

2. Take a look at some of the recent articles about Vitamin D and depression.

It turns out that SAD sufferers were affflicted by a lack of Vitamin D, not light. I stay on all my meds, but I believe in boosting nutrition, also.
