Has anyone ever experienced flinching during a depressive moment?

My right arm trembles and flinches sometimes when I'm in a particularly bad state (it could be excessive anxiety however). I used to hit myself with that arm, although it's been many, many years since I've done so.

Has anyone experienced this?

I have heard that kind of thing can happen during an anxiety/panic attack....However, that also could also be a form of seizure....You should talk to a medical doctor about that...
