I need an EA sponsor.
Hi, I'm Critters and I'm powerless over my emotions.

I'm a member of Emotions Anonymous. I participate in a weekly phone meeting, because there are no rl meetings near me. I've suffered from depression in the past, but the problem seems to be anxiety now. I'm at the point where I need to find an EA sponsor to keep me motivated to do step work. Obviously, an online or phone sponsorship would be fine. I'm a woman in my 40s.
