What is this program about (besides selling books, tapes and CD's)?
I'm interested in knowing what this program is based on.
Don't just say "it's a scam". I'm looking for substantive information
If this program is really effective, and has something beyond "feel-good" "be one with your higher power" stuff available bookstore (or, GHU, through 12-step), I might be interested.
ON EDIT:
OK, maybe Google wants to be my friend. People have posted a lot of opinion out there and, some, possibly, responsible testimony. But the program seems to be, at best, insights into anxiety disorder and techniques for dealing with it. It may help control the triggers, but, for major depression, the best help may still come from medication. Does anyone have direct or second-hand info from their own experience.

1. I bought it several months ago. |

First of all...it's not cheap. I spent, in monthly payments, almost $600 for it.
It is more geared towards anxiety disorder than major depression. I had anxiety disorder myself...I would literally be paralyzed with fear sometimes. Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety has really helped me deal with that.
If you're on medication for depression, I'd stay on that.
