i'm seeing my new therapist on wednesday

i finally got around to getting set up with county mental health services and i've got my first appointment on wednesday. the therapist will then get me connected with a psych so i can get my meds...i'm just hoping there is prescription assistance because my lamictal is ridiculously expensive.

it took me longer than i wanted it to, but it's my own fault there. i'm just glad i finally got my stuff together and got that arranged. i'm doing ok right now, my anxiety has quieted down and my moods have been pretty level, but i know that doesn't mean that i don't have to keep up with this.

I'm super lucky here in Mass that we have insurance for low income people like me that covers this stuff (Lamictal costs me $3). Hopefully there's a way to get yours cheaper somehow.
