iPhoto does it automatically, so I decided to pass the conversion off to GIMP. It's a whole new game.

Raw plugin. All I have to do is change a preference in iPhoto to edit Raw in an external editor (GIMP). (Use Raw when using external editor)
UFRaw is confusing, but I am figuring it out as I go. What you see above is my first efforts.

in jpg's and just switched to raw but because I downloaded to my mac I just used iphoto. Just being lazy.
