Is that like the association for the advancement of apathy?
... The acrophobiac summit?
Central Anarchist headquarters?
Dislexics untie!
I'm a loner because I'm very quiet and reserved in public. I never have anything to say. I suck at making friends, and don't usually identify/get along with most of the people I run into.
Doesn't apply to the internet though! I signed up last month and already have 1000+ posts. My wit can really shine here... or so I like to think. I just can't express myself socially. Oh well.
Loners unite! :toast:

and quite happy with it. I enjoy being unattached with no one to answer to about the way I spend my time, spend my money. Relatives think there must be something wrong with me because I'm not lonely or pining for a SO. I've found I don't need anyone else to make me complete.

I've always been one but it got worse when I lost half my hearing 20 years ago. I prefer to be alone, rarely get bored or lonely. Sometimes I think I'm way too self absorbed, but I don't think I'm any different than anyone else. The only thing is I don't go out with anyone to dominate the conversation to MY problems.
Most of my really good friends are introverts as well, or very quiet.

| 3. Oh, I'm definitely an introvert also. |

I just think sometimes I could have become an extrovert, if conditions were right. I like being with myself better than being with the vast majority of people.
