| theonion.com's funny new movie is out on DVD |
|
www.theonion.com has put out a new movie on DVD. It is mainly a collection of funny skits. It is held together with a story about a respected news anchor whose news program is being mis-used to promote movies and products sold by the parent company.
There's some good skits parodying Brittany Spears. The Brittany character tries to convince the interviewer that her act is wholesome, including her new song "Take Me from Behind." I also liked the training video for terrorists, including the importance of being on time so that your bomb does not go off before you reach the target.
I liked the scene about the Black man who comes into a bank a nylon stocking over his head, holding a gun. They try to hand him money, but instead, he demands a job. He then becomes one of their best employees.
I found the movie at Blockbuster.
