What do you do when wrapping presents?

In my family, it's kind of a tradition among several of us to wrap each other's gifts in ways that'll make it just a wee bit difficult to open said gift. My brother prefers duct tape. I prefer wrapping the gift in several layers of wrapping paper. My cousin will put a small gift in a box, which he'll wrap and then put in a larger box, which he'll then wrap again.

I started wondering last night while wrapping my brother's birthday present in about a half-dozen layers of wrapping paper if anyone else had any particuarly twisted traditions like this?
