it answered a question I had today!
The previous owners of my house left a VERY nice unusual metal shelf unit in the storage shed. It is in perfect shape, except that the shelves that fit into the frame have contact paper applied. I want to remove the contact paper and spray paint the thing and put it in my office/computer room. I tried pulling the contact paper off today, and it is tough-going.
The website suggested using a hair dryer to help release the adhesive on the contact paper. Well, it is working great!!
