| Need help with Concrete pond. |
|
Okay, it's tiny. It's just big enough to hold a couple of pots to grow waterplants. I need to know what kind of concrete is waterproof? I will also allow guppies to swim freely in the area (they eat mosquito larvae) so I don't want to use concrete with lime. I've used hydraulic cement before, but Ace's brand and Waterplug will probably be too expensive for this job. I have, however, seen a hydraulic patch at Home Depot and Lowes which looks affordable if it's the same thing? What do you all suggest?

It actually looks like more than I'll need since my pond is tiny by comparision, but I'll read it through and see what I can dig out.

| 3. You could use an epoxy paint to seal the concrete. |

That's what's done with a lot of swimming pools.
