1. Car headlights? Have you tried using the high pressure sprayer and brush at a car wash?
Not sure what the problem is. Maybe you can give a few more details like what is on your headlights that's
difficult to get off.

3. If you're talking about a clouded plastic cover on them
the auto parts store has some resurfacing goo that does a fairly good job.

Or you can pick the front of your car apart to replace them.
