Seeking web graphics artist

I have a successful web development and hosting business, and sometimes (like now) find myself turning work away or not being in a position to pursue opportunities because my current (part-time) artist resources can't work sufficient hours to complete all the available work.

I'm seeking someone who has demonstrated skills and creativity, can produce innovative professional designs, and will be available on an ongoing / on-call basis.

The projects we typically are offered range from static "brochure" sites to full-blown stores. Almost all clients are commercial organizations or individuals, with a few non-profits in the mix.
