Does anyone know if there's a place to download updated versions of Apple header files?

Specifically, the one I'm looking for is the newest version of Apple's Navigation Services "Navigation.h" file or even the newest NavServices API as a whole. I need the newest file saving protocol functions (especially NavCreatePutFileDialog, NavDialogRun and the like) and the associated data types (NavDialogRef, etc...) for my game engine, but they aren't declared in NavServices 2.0.

Is there anyplace I might be able to find these to download? Yes, I've contacted the Apple Developer Connection about it, but that was just this morning and I have yet to hear back. :(

Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
