speaking of birding in costa rica..........

....if anyone is coming down here any time soon to look for birds, let me know. i will hook you up with a friend of mine that is a biologist and birder. she leads tours in any part of the country and her rates are very reasonable. you would be responsible for renting a car or else travel would be by bus to the locations.

1. i won't be getting there soon, but i will be going to PuertoRico

in the spring, and will be looking for a good guide or tour company for a day of birding. Haven't done that before, so it will be a new experience, apart from just being in Puerto Rico itself.
