Best of the Online Ab Routines?
I've been doing this one for a few months now:

Muscle Media Ab Bootcamp
http://www.musclemedia.com/training/BootCamp.asp

Because of a shoulder injury I've had to do it flat rather than on an incline. but all in all I think it has worked pretty well for me.

But I've gotten a little bored w it. I'd like something new and I feel like I need something that really really hits lower abs.

Thanks in advance for all the links!

1. If it is getting too easy

Try doing dragonflags instead of the crunches or hip raises. They may be too hard on your shoulder, I couldn't do them after my rotator repair but they are pretty damn hard on the abs.
I would disagree with the comment about not using weights while doing side bends. At one point I had worked up to using 2 25lb weights.
Look up Saxon side bends for more info.
Janda sit ups are also good and hard. If your pretty light weight they are a lot easier and should be done one legged.
Russian full contact twists are another one but I don't have experience in doing them.

3. thanks for your tips -- someone else was recommending Janda sit ups
but didn't have a name for them. . .per your post I was able to do some research and get a better handle on them. . .

Looks like I need to find a copy of "Bullet Proof Abs" as well, as that book kept coming up in my goooooooogling.

2. Try the stability ball
and do your ab routine. My gym had a 15-min ab workout on the ball, and has added a 45-min cardio and body sculpt workout on the ball. It's a great ab workout! You don't have to worry about your shoulder 'cause the ball isn't hard. The cardio isn't bad, either.

4. Ball seems like a good way to make things harder/more challenging
I'll try the crunches on it and see how it goes.
