Sat 4/16 Exercise Thread
This morning I biked to Rice U., ran the 3-mile track, biked home. :) It felt great but I really needed a NAP later!

And you, good peoples?

30 minutes on the elliptical doing HIIT, and 15 minute special with bench press and dumbell raises

I didn't get to work out yesterday. I had so much to do around this house there wasn't any time, and when I could find the time, I had run out of steam.
