One month past smoking; one month on diet
The non-smoking thing is going pretty well. Every once in a while I'll find myself reaching for my pipe but that's a habit that will eventually go away.

I think I'm pretty lucky in the sense that during the worst part of the nicotine withdrawal, I was pretty drugged up.

However......

this dieting thing, no fats, no sodium is making me crazy.

I'd sell my Sister for a Quarter Pounder with Cheese right now.....okay, okay, okay....forget the cheese.......

3. I can help with the butter part!
Have you tried "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray? It's sold in the dairy section and you can spray it right on foods -- no fats or calories! I like to spray it on my popcorn and it's good on mashed potatoes, too, so I don't know why it wouldn't be great on corn-on-the-cob.
