Fri, 4/22: I worked out today--did you?
Okie dokie..... 2.0 miles on the track--all of it jogging.

Also my usual upper body and ab workout in the weight room.

Rain predicted for this weekend, and I don't usually run in weather, so I'm planning on riding the stationary bike tomorrow and Sunday. (It's probably a good idea to give my joints a rest anyway.)

3. Overslept, so only had time to do...
the 10-10-10 DVD, but only the cardio sections (skipped the tricep work). It's comprised of 10 minutes of each: hi-lo, kickbox and step.

Hmm, I seem to do step for nearly all my cardio. I wonder if that's too much...?

4. Just got home. Arm day (second of the week).
I also ran this morning. I have no idea how far. I should measure the distance to depress the crap outta myself.

7. Yes.
I ran six miles. And I am leaving right now for another six miles, well, it's windy and I'm tired, perhaps only 4 and a half.
