Sunday, 4/24. I worked out today -- did you? |

Mr. Longhorn and I went on another bike ride. Only 4.5 miles today but a couple of good-sized hills. I still don't want him to overdo and his legs were feeling like jelly toward the end. I can pedal all day but don't have the aerobic endurance that he has. So we both hope to get stronger.

I jogged my 2 miles as soon as the sun came out. I missed it yesterday due to rain.
(Maybe one of these days I'll start jogging rain or shine.)
Anyway, my 2 mile run is taking me 27 minutes.
starting tomorrow, I add .25 of a mile.

55 minutes on the exercycle (it's raining here, and cold) and a 40 minute yoga tape in the morning.
I don't like the seat on my exercycle. Then again, I don't like any bicycle seat, so I'm stuck until I can figure out where to put a treadmill.

I did my second chest day on Sunday (that is, my second day of chest exercises for the week, as opposed to a day of working on my second chest).

After sitting on my butt all weekend working on a proposal I decided I should hit the iron before going to my in-laws for an informal passover dinner. Did some deadlifts and matched my personal best of 315. I couldn't pull 320 but I think that was as much psychological as physical. I'm still a little nervous about damaging my knees again.
