Yep, it was a track run, but I did it. I'm hoping to run a 5K at least twice a week from now on.

Then to the gym for upper body work. No abs today--the long run ate up too much time.

1. No workout for me
this morning......I had to go pick up my wife's car, bring it in for new running boards (the car is only 4 years old and the factory installed running boards are rusting off...the joys of winter in Wisconsin) It took 3 #@!%^&*$( hours! So I'll have ot go out this afternoon if it doesn't rain....

thanks again for keeping us honest and CONGRATS on the 5K run! :toast:

2. I just did 90 minutes of Pilates.
I think I hurt my neck a bit. I'm going to put some ice on it. Maybe I'll take a walk later, it's a lovely day.

Congrats on your 5K success - that's awesome! :woohoo:

3. Great job
on that 5K. Way to go!

I overslept this morning (AGAIN--damn, still haven't recovered from Daylight Savings Time, uck), so I did a short interval tape minues the chest work, Step & Intervals, plus a 10-minute abs routine.
