Wednesday, 5/11: I worked out today--did you? |

Hi gang!
I did my 2 miles on the track and then my upper body stuff in the weight room. No abs today.
I am going to have limited access to computers over the next 4 days, so if one of you would be so kind as to keep up the daily posts, that'd be great.
I do plan on exercising both tomorrow and Friday (with Friday being a 5K jog day for me). I don't know how things will go for the weekend.
