Thurs, 5/12: I worked out today--did you? |

Until the doctor tells me not to, I'm keeping up w/ my training. So in that spirit, I ran 5K this morning.
I'm not at work, so I don't have access to my gym w/ the weight room, so I just left it with the run today.
Tomorrow I'm thinking of taking a drive up to the town where the 5K road race is (that I hope to be running next Saturday) and ask them what the course is. I may even run it--depending on how I feel.

I ran 2 miles yesterday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon. I may rest today and try to run 5k tomorrow morning before work. That's always a nice way to start out a Friday.

Problem was, I've been dealing with head & neck pain and told my teacher. However, she continued to work me as hard as usual, so I actually had words with her. It made the whole thing rather unpleasant. I have a week off until I see her again. She's just a substitute for my regular teacher, who's on maternity leave... :(
