Monday, 5/16: I will work out this afternoon--how about you? |

I didn't run yesterday. I took the day off. I woke up with a very sore shoulder/neck. It's like the muscle that runs down along the inside of my shoulder blade is pulled, or something. Thou I can't begin to think of how I did that.
Anyway, it's sore today, but I slept w/ the heating pad, and it's better than it was yesterday.
I slept in this morning and will run before supper tonight.

I ran Saturday and Sunday plus I did some ab work. (Abs are sore today so it must have been good work). I'll probably go running after work although I noticed this weekend that I seem to run better in the morning so I may wait until tomorrow before work.
Still waiting on my upper body workout DVD to arrive. I need to go pick up some dumbells so I'll be ready when it does.

to do what I had planned. Yuck. I know you're supposed to have rest days, but I can't help but feeling guiltier than heck when I don't work out. :-(

The weather totally sucks. I will do Abs, lift some weights, and go for a 100-minute walk after work. That should wake me up.
