Sun 5/22/05 Workout Thread |

Mr. Longhorn and I rode 10.5 miles on the hike and bike trail that makes a loop around Town Lake in downtown Austin. We left a little too late so it was pretty hot but still a good workout. I hadn't ridden for two weeks so it was fun to get back on my bike! :D

Pretty much did whatever came to mind: bench presses, push-ups, rows, bicep curls, tricep extensions, etc.
