2. Great workout
I have my diet in check now, and I'm ready to be down to 9% bodyfat by mid July.

Today did chest, back, shoulders, and traps. Good workout. The new supplement I'm taking gives you great energy without the jitters. Ephedra-free Animal Cuts.

But still wound up late for work! I did Step Heaven, with lots of modifications.

4. I did my legs and back today.
I had 2 days in a row of Sat. and Sun. I had to work 9-7 Saturday on my feet all day and 10-5 Sunday doing the same. It was the first 2 days in a row for a very long time.

You're the one in control MissMillie. Only you can not let it get out of hand.

5. I have been sick for the past week.
:(

I was patting myself on the back for making through winter without a major illness, and blam, a bad cold. To stay supple, I have been stretching, but no strength or running.
