Hi folks! I jogged 2 miles this morning, trying to speed up a bit and I managed to shave about a minute off of my time for that... so not too shabby.
I also did my short upper-body stint in the weight room.

and finally got back to it today...not my best times....but I did work up a good sweat...got the heartbeat up real good...back at it again tomorrow.
My company arrived on Thursday night and didn't leave 'til yesterday. Too busy being breakfast cook and host to go out and exercise....

The first day is always tough. Day 2 can be tougher (there's something about the realization that day 1 wasn't a novelty) but I know you'll tackle it.

Forty-five minutes of strength training (lower body) followed by about an hour of cycling these dad-gum hills in my neighborhood!
